1. Introduction

   Welcome to Talentwa (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talentwa mobile application (“App”) and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. Eligibility

   By using Talentwa, you confirm that you are at least 4 years old, or you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the App.

3. Use of the App

   • You may not misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, transmitting harmful code, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any actions that occur under your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content on the App, including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, code, and trademarks is owned or licensed by Talentwa. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. User Content

   • By submitting any content (such as feedback, ideas, or suggestions), you grant Talentwa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute such content for the improvement of the App and Services.

   • You must not post or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Third-Party Links

   The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Talentwa is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interaction with third-party platforms is at your own risk.

7. Service Modifications and Updates

   Talentwa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice. Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

   • Talentwa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

   • Talentwa makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of the information provided within the App.

9. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talentwa, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

    Talentwa may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
